What items can I return?

The return of incorrect or defective merchandise that meets the guidelines listed below will be accepted up to 30 days from the original purchase date.

Unworn/Unused Merchandise: Includes any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags, and is in the original packaging (if any). Returns will be returned to you if the item(s) exhibit any obvious signs of wear or are not in the condition in which they were received. All original packaging and materials including boxes, warranty cards, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise.

Defective Merchandise: Returns for manufacturer defects will be accepted. All original packaging and materials including boxes, warranty cards, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise.

Incorrect Merchandise: Contact us via e-mail if you received an item of wrong size, color, or style than what you ordered on our website.

How do I return an item?

Contact us via email: [email protected] if the item you wish to return is either Unworn, Unused, Defective or Incorrect and we will inform you of the necessary steps for return.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do! Outer Reef & Rhythms ships internationally.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders within Trinidad & Tobago take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 to 3 weeks.
